3. Caregiver & User Responsibilities
While EverSteady is designed to make daily routines seamless and stress-free:
- Medication Accuracy: Caregivers and users remain solely responsible for verifying that medication names, dosages, and administration times entered into EverSteady match official physician instructions and physical prescription bottle labels.
- Device Maintenance: Users are responsible for maintaining device battery charge, cellular or Wi-Fi data connectivity, and allowing notification permissions on smartphones or tablets.
- Physical Pill Box & Administration: EverSteady provides software prompts only and cannot physically verify pill ingestion or guarantee prescription adherence.
4. 45-Minute Private Window & SMS Delivery
EverSteady's proprietary 45-minute private window triggers local reminders on your parent’s device first before dispatching SMS escalation alerts to the Care Circle. Delivery of SMS alerts depends on third-party telecommunication networks (Twilio, mobile carriers) and device network availability. EverSteady is not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS alerts caused by carrier outages or airplane mode settings.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, & Refunds
- Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the billing date through your Apple App Store, Google Play, or EverSteady web account settings.
